Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 854K and 837K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the 10AT115 is built from ALMs and the XCKU15P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (427K vs 523K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCKU15P has 1,968 DSP slices against 1,518 variable-precision DSP blocks on the 10AT115.

The XCKU15P has more on-chip memory (70.6 Mb vs 53 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 78 at up to 25.78 Gb/s on the 10AT115 and 76 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCKU15P.

The 10AT115 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCKU15P with AMD Vivado.
