Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 203K and 192K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the 10AX027 is built from ALMs and the MPF200T from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (102K vs 192K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the 10AX027 has 830 variable-precision DSP blocks against 588 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPF200T.

The 10AX027 has more on-chip memory (14.7 Mb vs 12 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 24 at up to 17.4 Gb/s on the 10AX027 and 16 at up to 12.7 Gb/s on the MPF200T.

Configuration memory: sram on the 10AX027, non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPF200T.

The 10AX027 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the MPF200T with Microchip Libero SoC.
