Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 76K and 80K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the 10CX105 is built from ALMs and the LFCPNX-100 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (38K vs 80K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the LFCPNX-100 has 156 18×18 multipliers against 125 variable-precision DSP blocks on the 10CX105.

Both have transceivers: 12 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the 10CX105 and 8 at up to 10.3125 Gb/s on the LFCPNX-100.

The 10CX105 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the LFCPNX-100 with Lattice Radiant.
