Key differences

The XCVM2152 has about 27% more logic capacity (554K vs 437K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the A5D 064 is built from ALMs and the XCVM2152 from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (218K vs 346K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the A5D 064 has 1,840 variable-precision DSP blocks against 1,704 DSP Engines on the XCVM2152.

The XCVM2152 has more on-chip memory (81 Mb vs 62.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 32 at up to 28 Gb/s on the A5D 064 and 16 at up to 58 Gb/s on the XCVM2152.

The A5D 064 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVM2152 with AMD Vivado.
