Key differences

The XCZU11EG has about 10% more logic capacity (478K vs 437K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the A5D 064 is built from ALMs and the XCZU11EG from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (218K vs 299K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCZU11EG has 2,928 DSP slices against 1,840 variable-precision DSP blocks on the A5D 064.

The A5D 064 has more on-chip memory (62.6 Mb vs 43.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 32 at up to 28 Gb/s on the A5D 064 and 48 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCZU11EG.

The A5D 064 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCZU11EG with AMD Vivado.
