Key differences

The Ti2000 has about 80% more logic capacity (1974K vs 1096K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the A5D 160 is built from ALMs and the Ti2000 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (548K vs —) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the A5D 160 has 4,968 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,808 DSP blocks on the Ti2000.

The A5D 160 has more on-chip memory (156.4 Mb vs 117 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28 Gb/s on the A5D 160 and 40 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti2000.

The A5D 160 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the Ti2000 with Efinix Efinity.
