Key differences

The AGF 008 has about 8% more logic capacity (518K vs 478K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the AGF 008 is built from ALMs and the XCZU11EG from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (259K vs 299K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCZU11EG has 2,928 DSP slices against 2,296 variable-precision DSP blocks on the AGF 008.

The AGF 008 has more on-chip memory (74 Mb vs 43.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 32 at up to 58 Gb/s on the AGF 008 and 48 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCZU11EG.

The AGF 008 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCZU11EG with AMD Vivado.
