Key differences

The AGF 019 has about 12% more logic capacity (1301K vs 1160K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the AGF 019 is built from ALMs and the XCVC1802 from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (650K vs 725K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCVC1802 has 1,600 DSP Engines against 1,354 variable-precision DSP blocks on the AGF 019.

The AGF 019 has more on-chip memory (166 Mb vs 119 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 64 at up to 58 Gb/s on the AGF 019 and 44 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCVC1802.

The AGF 019 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVC1802 with AMD Vivado.
