Key differences

The XC7K70T has about 8% more logic capacity (65.6K vs 61K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the Certus-N2 CT10 is built from LUT4 and the XC7K70T from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (61K vs 41K) are not directly comparable.

The Certus-N2 CT10 has more on-chip memory (5.5 Mb vs 4.7 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 4 at up to 16 Gb/s on the Certus-N2 CT10 and 8 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the XC7K70T.

The Certus-N2 CT10 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XC7K70T with AMD Vivado.
