Key differences

The XCAU15P has about 27% more logic capacity (125K vs 98K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the Certus-N2 CT16 is built from LUT4 and the XCAU15P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (98K vs 78K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCAU15P has 576 DSP slices against 360 18×18 multipliers on the Certus-N2 CT16.

The Certus-N2 CT16 has more on-chip memory (8 Mb vs 5.1 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 16 Gb/s on the Certus-N2 CT16 and 12 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCAU15P.

The Certus-N2 CT16 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XCAU15P with AMD Vivado.
