Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 98K and 101K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the Certus-N2 CT16 is built from LUT4 and the XCSU150P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (98K vs 63K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCSU150P has 384 DSP slices against 360 18×18 multipliers on the Certus-N2 CT16.

The XCSU150P has more on-chip memory (10.4 Mb vs 8 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 16 Gb/s on the Certus-N2 CT16 and 8 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU150P.

The Certus-N2 CT16 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XCSU150P with AMD Vivado.
