Key differences

The XCVU19P has about 250% more logic capacity (6538K vs 1866K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the GX 2800 is built from ALMs and the XCVU19P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (933K vs 4086K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the GX 2800 has 5,760 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,840 DSP slices on the XCVU19P.

The GX 2800 has more on-chip memory (229 Mb vs 165.9 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 96 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 2800 and 80 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCVU19P.

The GX 2800 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVU19P with AMD Vivado.
