Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 397K and 407K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the LAV-AT-E70 is built from LUT4 and the XC7K410T from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (397K vs 254K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the LAV-AT-E70 has 1,800 18×18 multipliers against 1,540 DSP slices on the XC7K410T.

The LAV-AT-E70 has more on-chip memory (35.6 Mb vs 27.9 Mb).

Only the XC7K410T has multi-gigabit transceivers (16 12.5 Gb/s).

The LAV-AT-E70 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XC7K410T with AMD Vivado.
