Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 255K and 261K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the LAV-AT-G50 is built from LUT4 and the XCKU3P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (255K vs 163K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCKU3P has 1,368 DSP slices against 1,120 18×18 multipliers on the LAV-AT-G50.

The XCKU3P has more on-chip memory (26.2 Mb vs 22.7 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 16 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the LAV-AT-G50 and 16 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCKU3P.

The LAV-AT-G50 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XCKU3P with AMD Vivado.
