Key differences

The LAV-AT-G70 has about 10% more logic capacity (397K vs 360K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the LAV-AT-G70 is built from LUT4 and the XC2KU050P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (397K vs 225K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XC2KU050P has 1,872 DSP slices against 1,800 18×18 multipliers on the LAV-AT-G70.

The XC2KU050P has more on-chip memory (44.7 Mb vs 35.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 28 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the LAV-AT-G70 and 24 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XC2KU050P.

The LAV-AT-G70 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XC2KU050P with AMD Vivado.
