Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 255K and 240K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the LAV-AT-X50 is built from LUT4 and the XC2KU030P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (255K vs 150K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XC2KU030P has 1,248 DSP slices against 1,120 18×18 multipliers on the LAV-AT-X50.

The XC2KU030P has more on-chip memory (29.8 Mb vs 22.7 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 16 at up to 25 Gb/s on the LAV-AT-X50 and 16 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XC2KU030P.

The LAV-AT-X50 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XC2KU030P with AMD Vivado.
