Key differences

The XC7A50T has about 20% more logic capacity (52.2K vs 43.3K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the LFCPNX-50 is built from LUT4 and the XC7A50T from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (43.3K vs 32.6K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XC7A50T has 120 DSP slices against 96 18×18 multipliers on the LFCPNX-50.

The LFCPNX-50 has more on-chip memory (3.7 Mb vs 2.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 4 at up to 10.3125 Gb/s on the LFCPNX-50 and 4 at up to 6.6 Gb/s on the XC7A50T.

The LFCPNX-50 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XC7A50T with AMD Vivado.
