Key differences

The XCAU15P has about 14% more logic capacity (125K vs 109K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the MPF100T is built from LUT4 and the XCAU15P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (109K vs 78K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCAU15P has 576 DSP slices against 336 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPF100T.

The MPF100T has more on-chip memory (6.9 Mb vs 5.1 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 12.7 Gb/s on the MPF100T and 12 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCAU15P.

Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPF100T, sram on the XCAU15P.

The MPF100T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCAU15P with AMD Vivado.
