Key differences

The MPF100T has about 8% more logic capacity (109K vs 101K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the MPF100T is built from LUT4 and the XCSU150P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (109K vs 63K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCSU150P has 384 DSP slices against 336 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPF100T.

The XCSU150P has more on-chip memory (10.4 Mb vs 6.9 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 12.7 Gb/s on the MPF100T and 8 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU150P.

Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPF100T, sram on the XCSU150P.

The MPF100T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCSU150P with AMD Vivado.
