Key differences

The Ti1250 has about 37% more logic capacity (1233K vs 899K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the SX 1100 is built from ALMs and the Ti1250 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (449K vs —) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the SX 1100 has 2,592 variable-precision DSP blocks against 2,380 DSP blocks on the Ti1250.

The SX 1100 has more on-chip memory (107 Mb vs 73.1 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the SX 1100 and 40 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti1250.

The SX 1100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the Ti1250 with Efinix Efinity.
