Key differences

The Ti1600 has about 76% more logic capacity (1578K vs 899K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the SX 1100 is built from ALMs and the Ti1600 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (449K vs —) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the Ti1600 has 3,050 DSP blocks against 2,592 variable-precision DSP blocks on the SX 1100.

The SX 1100 has more on-chip memory (107 Mb vs 93.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the SX 1100 and 40 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti1600.

The SX 1100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the Ti1600 with Efinix Efinity.
