Key differences

The Ti1600 has about 43% more logic capacity (1578K vs 1101K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the SX 1650 is built from ALMs and the Ti1600 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (551K vs —) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the SX 1650 has 3,145 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,050 DSP blocks on the Ti1600.

The SX 1650 has more on-chip memory (114 Mb vs 93.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 96 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the SX 1650 and 40 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti1600.

The SX 1650 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the Ti1600 with Efinix Efinity.
