Key differences

The Ti800 has about 44% more logic capacity (796K vs 554K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the Ti800 is built from LUT4 and the XCVM2152 from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (— vs 346K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCVM2152 has 1,704 DSP Engines against 1,536 DSP blocks on the Ti800.

The XCVM2152 has more on-chip memory (81 Mb vs 47.2 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 24 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti800 and 16 at up to 58 Gb/s on the XCVM2152.

The Ti800 is designed with Efinix Efinity and the XCVM2152 with AMD Vivado.
