Lattice ECP5 FPGAs
The Lattice ECP5 family has 10 devices, built on the 40 nm process, ranging from 12K LUT4 to 84K LUT4 and from 28 to 156 18×18 multipliers. It uses LUT4 look-up tables. Transceivers: SERDES, up to 5 Gb/s.
