Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 237K and 226K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the 10AX032 is built from ALMs and the XCAU25P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (119K vs 141K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCAU25P has 1,200 DSP slices against 985 variable-precision DSP blocks on the 10AX032.

The 10AX032 has more on-chip memory (17.4 Mb vs 10.5 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 24 at up to 17.4 Gb/s on the 10AX032 and 12 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCAU25P.

The 10AX032 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCAU25P with AMD Vivado.
