Key differences

The XCVM2502 has about 48% more logic capacity (1440K vs 974K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the AGF 014 is built from ALMs and the XCVM2502 from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (487K vs 900K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the AGF 014 has 4,510 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,984 DSP Engines on the XCVM2502.

The XCVM2502 has more on-chip memory (237 Mb vs 139 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 32 at up to 58 Gb/s on the AGF 014 and 16 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCVM2502.

The AGF 014 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVM2502 with AMD Vivado.
