AGF 014

AlteraAgilex 7 F-Series

The AGF 014 is an Agilex 7 F-Series FPGA from Altera, built on the Intel 7 process. It provides 487,200 adaptive logic modules (ALMs) (1,437,240 logic elements (LEs)), about 974,400 LUT4 equivalents, 1,948,800 flip-flops, 139 Mb of block RAM and 4,510 variable-precision DSP blocks. Versions with the optional hard processor system include four Arm Cortex-A53 cores. The programmable logic offers up to 768 user I/O pins and 32 XCVR transceivers at up to 58 Gb/s. It is available in 3 packages, from the R24C (45 × 42 mm) to the R24B (55 × 42.5 mm). Designs are built with Altera Quartus Prime.
