Key differences

The XCSU200P has about 19% more logic capacity (160K vs 135K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the Certus-N2 CT20 is built from LUT4 and the XCSU200P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (135K vs 100K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the Certus-N2 CT20 has 520 18×18 multipliers against 384 DSP slices on the XCSU200P.

The XCSU200P has more on-chip memory (24.8 Mb vs 12 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 16 Gb/s on the Certus-N2 CT20 and 8 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU200P.

The Certus-N2 CT20 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XCSU200P with AMD Vivado.
