Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 899K and 837K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the GX 1100 is built from ALMs and the XCKU15P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (449K vs 523K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the GX 1100 has 2,592 variable-precision DSP blocks against 1,968 DSP slices on the XCKU15P.

The GX 1100 has more on-chip memory (107 Mb vs 70.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 1100 and 76 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCKU15P.

The GX 1100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCKU15P with AMD Vivado.
