Key differences
The XCKU19P has about 50% more logic capacity (1347K vs 899K LUT4 equivalents).
They use different logic architectures: the GX 1100 is built from ALMs and the XCKU19P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (449K vs 842K) are not directly comparable.
For arithmetic, the GX 1100 has 2,592 variable-precision DSP blocks against 1,080 DSP slices on the XCKU19P.
The XCKU19P has more on-chip memory (141.8 Mb vs 107 Mb).
Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 1100 and 32 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCKU19P.
The GX 1100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCKU19P with AMD Vivado.
