Key differences

The GX 1100 has about 43% more logic capacity (899K vs 630K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the GX 1100 is built from ALMs and the XCVU3P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (449K vs 394K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the GX 1100 has 2,592 variable-precision DSP blocks against 2,280 DSP slices on the XCVU3P.

Both have transceivers: 48 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 1100 and 40 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCVU3P.

The GX 1100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVU3P with AMD Vivado.
