Key differences

The MPF300T has about 17% more logic capacity (300K vs 256K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the GX 400 is built from ALMs and the MPF300T from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (128K vs 300K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the MPF300T has 924 18×18 math blocks (MACC) against 648 variable-precision DSP blocks on the GX 400.

The GX 400 has more on-chip memory (30 Mb vs 18.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 24 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 400 and 16 at up to 12.7 Gb/s on the MPF300T.

Configuration memory: sram on the GX 400, non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPF300T.

The GX 400 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the MPF300T with Microchip Libero SoC.
