Key differences

The LFCPNX-50 has about 13% more logic capacity (43.3K vs 38.4K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the LFCPNX-50 is built from LUT4 and the XCSU45P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (43.3K vs 24K) are not directly comparable.

The LFCPNX-50 has more on-chip memory (3.7 Mb vs 2.5 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 4 at up to 10.3125 Gb/s on the LFCPNX-50 and 4 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU45P.

The LFCPNX-50 is designed with Lattice Radiant and the XCSU45P with AMD Vivado.
