Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 48K and 48K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the MPF050T is built from LUT4 and the XCSU60P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (48K vs 30K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the MPF050T has 150 18×18 math blocks (MACC) against 144 DSP slices on the XCSU60P.

Both have transceivers: 4 at up to 12.7 Gb/s on the MPF050T and 4 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU60P.

Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPF050T, sram on the XCSU60P.

The MPF050T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCSU60P with AMD Vivado.
