Key differences
The MPFS460T has about 25% more logic capacity (461K vs 368K LUT4 equivalents).
They use different logic architectures: the MPFS460T is built from LUT4 and the XCZU7EG from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (461K vs 230K) are not directly comparable.
For arithmetic, the XCZU7EG has 1,728 DSP slices against 1,420 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPFS460T.
The XCZU7EG has more on-chip memory (38 Mb vs 28.5 Mb).
Both have transceivers: 20 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the MPFS460T and 24 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCZU7EG.
Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPFS460T, sram on the XCZU7EG.
The MPFS460T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCZU7EG with AMD Vivado.
