MPFS460T

MicrochipPolarFire SoCSoC

The MPFS460T is a PolarFire SoC FPGA from Microchip, built on a 28 nm process. It provides 461,000 LUT4 look-up tables, 461,000 flip-flops, 28.5 Mb of block RAM and 1,420 18×18 math blocks (MACC). Its processing system includes four RISC-V (RV64GC U54) cores plus a RISC-V E51 monitor core. The processing system adds its own MSS with 136 dedicated I/O. The programmable logic offers up to 468 user I/O pins and 20 SERDES transceivers at up to 12.5 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen2 x4 blocks. It comes in a single package, the FCG1152 (35 × 35 mm). Temperature grades: extended, industrial. Designs are built with Microchip Libero SoC.
