Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 461K and 438K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the MPFS460T is built from LUT4 and the XCZU9CG from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (461K vs 274K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCZU9CG has 2,520 DSP slices against 1,420 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPFS460T.

The XCZU9CG has more on-chip memory (32.1 Mb vs 28.5 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 20 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the MPFS460T and 24 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCZU9CG.

Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPFS460T, sram on the XCZU9CG.

The MPFS460T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCZU9CG with AMD Vivado.
