Key differences
Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 461K and 438K LUT4 equivalents.
They use different logic architectures: the MPFS460T is built from LUT4 and the XCZU9EG from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (461K vs 274K) are not directly comparable.
For arithmetic, the XCZU9EG has 2,520 DSP slices against 1,420 18×18 math blocks (MACC) on the MPFS460T.
The XCZU9EG has more on-chip memory (32.1 Mb vs 28.5 Mb).
Both have transceivers: 20 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the MPFS460T and 24 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCZU9EG.
Configuration memory: non-volatile (sonos flash) on the MPFS460T, sram on the XCZU9EG.
The MPFS460T is designed with Microchip Libero SoC and the XCZU9EG with AMD Vivado.
