Key differences

The Ti1600 has about 16% more logic capacity (1578K vs 1359K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the SX 2100 is built from ALMs and the Ti1600 from LUT4, so the raw LUT counts (680K vs —) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the SX 2100 has 3,744 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,050 DSP blocks on the Ti1600.

The SX 2100 has more on-chip memory (127 Mb vs 93.6 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 96 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the SX 2100 and 40 at up to 25.8 Gb/s on the Ti1600.

The SX 2100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the Ti1600 with Efinix Efinity.
