Highlighted values are higher. Logic is compared in LUT4 equivalents; see how FPGA vendors count logic.

Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 130K and 126K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the Ti135 is built from LUT4 and the XC7Z030 from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (130K vs 78.6K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the Ti135 has 480 DSP blocks against 400 DSP slices on the XC7Z030.

Both have transceivers: 8 at up to 16 Gb/s on the Ti135 and 4 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the XC7Z030.

The Ti135 is designed with Efinix Efinity and the XC7Z030 with AMD Vivado.
