Ti135
EfinixTitaniumThe Ti135 is a Titanium SoC FPGA from Efinix, built on a 16 nm process. It provides 129,600 LUT4 look-up tables (132,192 logic elements (LEs)), 129,600 flip-flops, 9.8 Mb of block RAM and 480 DSP blocks. Its processing system includes four RISC-V RV32 cores. The programmable logic offers up to 223 user I/O pins and 8 SERDES transceivers at up to 16 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen4 x4 blocks. It is available in 4 packages, from the FBGA441 (11 × 11 mm) to the FBGA676 (22 × 22 mm). Designs are built with Efinix Efinity.
