AGM 032

AlteraAgilex 7 M-Series

The AGM 032 is an Agilex 7 M-Series FPGA from Altera, built on the Intel 7 process. It provides 1,100,000 adaptive logic modules (ALMs) (3,245,000 logic elements (LEs)), about 2,200,000 LUT4 equivalents, 4,400,000 flip-flops, 311 Mb of block RAM and 9,375 variable-precision DSP blocks. Versions with the optional hard processor system include four Arm Cortex-A53 cores. The programmable logic offers up to 768 user I/O pins and 16 XCVR transceivers at up to 32 Gb/s. It is available in 6 packages, from the R31B (56 × 45 mm) to the R47B (56 × 66 mm). Designs are built with Altera Quartus Prime.
