AGM 039

AlteraAgilex 7 M-Series

The AGM 039 is an Agilex 7 M-Series FPGA from Altera, built on the Intel 7 process. It provides 1,305,600 adaptive logic modules (ALMs) (3,851,520 logic elements (LEs)), about 2,611,200 LUT4 equivalents, 5,222,400 flip-flops, 370 Mb of block RAM and 12,300 variable-precision DSP blocks. Versions with the optional hard processor system include four Arm Cortex-A53 cores. The programmable logic offers up to 768 user I/O pins and 16 XCVR transceivers at up to 32 Gb/s. It is available in 6 packages, from the R31B (56 × 45 mm) to the R47B (56 × 66 mm). Designs are built with Altera Quartus Prime.
