Key differences

The GW5AT-60 has about 25% more logic capacity (59.9K vs 48K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the GW5AT-60 is built from LUT4 and the XCSU60P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (59.9K vs 30K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCSU60P has 144 DSP slices against 118 27×18 DSP blocks on the GW5AT-60.

The XCSU60P has more on-chip memory (3.4 Mb vs 2.1 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 4 at up to 12.5 Gb/s on the GW5AT-60 and 4 at up to 16.3 Gb/s on the XCSU60P.

The GW5AT-60 is designed with Gowin EDA and the XCSU60P with AMD Vivado.
