Key differences

The GX 2100 has about 19% more logic capacity (1359K vs 1139K LUT4 equivalents).

They use different logic architectures: the GX 2100 is built from ALMs and the XC7VX1140T from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (680K vs 712K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the GX 2100 has 3,744 variable-precision DSP blocks against 3,360 DSP slices on the XC7VX1140T.

The GX 2100 has more on-chip memory (127 Mb vs 66.1 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 96 at up to 28.3 Gb/s on the GX 2100 and 96 at up to 13.1 Gb/s on the XC7VX1140T.

The GX 2100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XC7VX1140T with AMD Vivado.
