Highlighted values are higher. LUT counts are shown as published; the LUT4 equivalent is an approximation to compare different LUT types, see how FPGA vendors count logic. Add up to two more devices to this comparison.

Key differences

Both devices offer similar logic capacity: 1405K and 1395K LUT4 equivalents.

They use different logic architectures: the TX 2100 is built from ALMs and the XCVU45P from LUT6, so the raw LUT counts (703K vs 872K) are not directly comparable.

For arithmetic, the XCVU45P has 5,952 DSP slices against 3,960 variable-precision DSP blocks on the TX 2100.

The XCVU45P has more on-chip memory (227.3 Mb vs 134 Mb).

Both have transceivers: 96 at up to 57.8 Gb/s on the TX 2100 and 64 at up to 32.75 Gb/s on the XCVU45P.

The TX 2100 is designed with Altera Quartus Prime and the XCVU45P with AMD Vivado.
