MPFS160T

MicrochipPolarFire SoCSoC

The MPFS160T is a PolarFire SoC FPGA from Microchip, built on a 28 nm process. It provides 161,000 LUT4 look-up tables, 161,000 flip-flops, 10.2 Mb of block RAM and 498 18×18 math blocks (MACC). Its processing system includes four RISC-V (RV64GC U54) cores plus a RISC-V E51 monitor core. The processing system adds its own MSS with 136 dedicated I/O. The programmable logic offers up to 312 user I/O pins and 8 SERDES transceivers at up to 12.5 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen2 x4 blocks. It is available in 3 packages, from the FCSG536 (16 × 16 mm) to the FCVG784 (23 × 23 mm). Temperature grades: extended, industrial. Designs are built with Microchip Libero SoC.
