LIFCL-40

LatticeCrossLink-NX

The LIFCL-40 is a CrossLink-NX FPGA from Lattice, built on a 28 nm process. It provides 32,500 LUT4 look-up tables (39,000 logic cells), 1.5 Mb of block RAM plus 1 Mb of LRAM and 56 18×18 multipliers. It offers up to 191 user I/O pins, with hard PCI Express Gen2 blocks. It is available in 5 packages, from the csfBGA121 (6 × 6 mm) to the caBGA400 (17 × 17 mm). Temperature grades: commercial, industrial, automotive. Designs are built with Lattice Radiant.
