Microchip PolarFire SoC SoC FPGAs
The Microchip PolarFire SoC family has 5 devices, built on the 28 nm process, ranging from 23K LUT4 to 461K LUT4 and from 68 to 1,420 18×18 math blocks (MACC). It uses LUT4 look-up tables. Transceivers: SERDES, up to 12.5 Gb/s.
