MPFS095T

MicrochipPolarFire SoCSoC

The MPFS095T is a PolarFire SoC FPGA from Microchip, built on a 28 nm process. It provides 93,000 LUT4 look-up tables, 93,000 flip-flops, 6 Mb of block RAM and 292 18×18 math blocks (MACC). Its processing system includes four RISC-V (RV64GC U54) cores plus a RISC-V E51 monitor core. The processing system adds its own MSS with 136 dedicated I/O. The programmable logic offers up to 276 user I/O pins and 4 SERDES transceivers at up to 12.5 Gb/s, with hard PCI Express Gen2 x4 blocks. It is available in 4 packages, from the FCSG325 (11 × 11 mm) to the FCVG784 (23 × 23 mm). Temperature grades: extended, industrial. Designs are built with Microchip Libero SoC.
